Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but we do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through Dictation Pad ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with providing our services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any third party's intellectual property or other rights.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use Dictation Pad for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Violate or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use our services to distribute unsolicited commercial messages
  • Use any automated system to access our services without our permission

Intellectual Property

Dictation Pad and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that our services are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dictation Pad, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dictation Pad and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
